Exchange and Refund Policy

The following policies form part of Mmatli Pro Audio’s Terms and Conditions .

Exchange Policy

1. Incorrectly supplied items will be subject to immediate exchange based on stock availability. Where stock is not available an alternative similar value item can be substituted.
2. Items must be in resalable condition.
3. Items must be undamaged and unused.
4. items must be in original undamaged packaging, with all accessories, contents, cables, adapters, manuals, stickers .etc
5. Exchanges to be registered by mail to sales@mmatli.co.za, within 7 days from time of delivery.
6. Once items have been inspected and validated, the exchange will be issued with 10 days.
7. We are entitled to reject exchanges if any of the above conditions are not met. 

Returns Policy

1. Items found to be defective within 6 months of delivery can be brought in for repairs. 
2. All products carry the manufacturer’s warranty which is administered at manufacturer’s discretion. Customers are liable to take items to agents for defective items after 6 months of delivery 
3. Mmatli Pro Audio is under no obligation to provide credit, repair or exchange for any return logged after six months, as your remedy lies with the supplier or manufacturer
